2.01 Hardware error Message Cartridge error: 2.01 A cartridge error has occurred. Label ERR_TEMP_NOT_AT_TARGET Log Message Target temperature not reached during cartridge warm up When During cartridge warm up. Cause The GEM 3000 operating software timed out waiting for the heater block to reach the cartridge warm up target temperature. Handling The operating software displays the Remove Cartridge screen with the message shown above.
